Session Information
Cold Water Immersion
15 minutes per person, suitable for 2 people alternating use of Ice Bath. One person at one time.
Infrared Sauna
30 minutes, suitable for 2 people at one time.
Contrast Therapy
45 or 60 minutes, suitable for 2 people at one time.
Alternating use of Ice bath.
Time can be split into rounds, as an example:
45 Minute session - Beginners:
Round 1: 13 minutes in the Infrared followed by a 1 minute Ice Bath
Round 2: 13 minutes in the Infrared followed by a 2 minute Ice Bath
Round 3: 13 minutes in the Infrared followed by a 3 minute Ice Bath.
60 Minute session - Intermediate:
Round 1: 27 minutes in the Infrared followed by a 2 minute Ice Bath
Round 2: 27 minutes in the Infrared followed by a 3 minute Ice bath
Please note: the longer you are in the Infrared Sauna, the colder the Ice Bath will feel as your internal body temperature rises increasing the shock level of the cold water.
